All orders shipped within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. All orders over $99 will include free standard shipping with Australia Post. If your order is under $99 a standard shipping fee will incur off $9.99. If you select the express option a shipping fee of $12.50 will incur. For express shipping please allow 1-3 business days and for all standard shipping allow up to 6 business days.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Depending on your destination country and the order purchase value, you may be required by your local customs authority to pay additional duties and taxes upon arrival. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay these charges, not Polka Label. Please make the necessary enquiries prior to purchase.
Please note that Polka Label is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders which are returned.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Polka Label offers full refunds for any purchase made through polkalabel.com, subject to the following conditions.
Polka Label encourages you to try on your purchase at your convenience. In the unlikely event you wish to return an item please ensure it is returned in new, original, unused, unmodified and unmarked condition. Items must be kept in all original, undamaged packaging and to be returned in the original shipping mailer.
You must request a return for your item within 10 days of receiving the item by emailing email@example.com with your order number.
If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Polka Label does not cover any costs associated with shipping of returned goods, this is to be at the customer’s expense. Polka Label will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered returns, and for this reason, we recommend shipping returned goods with a tracked and/or registered service. For international orders, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
All domestic and international returns have a period of 10 days from an item’s delivery date to request a refund. After the expiry of the 10 day period, no refund can be offered for change of mind.
Polka Label reserves the rights to refuse a refund should any of the above conditions not be met.
Once a return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Polka Label.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account once processed, due to varying processing times between providers. Please contact your bank with any enquiries.
